ANTI-COUNTERFEITINGAND IP ENFORCEMENTIN TÜRKİYE

Casework IP works for fashion and retail brands whose products are copied in Türkiye. We file customs applications, survey the markets, remove online listings and bring cases, and we report each month what was done, what it cost and what it achieved.

Who we are

Casework IP is an anti-counterfeiting and IP enforcement practice based in Istanbul. We work for brand owners in every province of Türkiye, in English and Turkish, either directly or as the local team for your in-house department, your monitoring vendor or your outside counsel. Our work starts where a copy of your product turns up, whether that is a container at Ambarlı, a shop in a wholesale district, a Trendyol listing or a stall in a resort market. We collect the evidence ourselves, take it to customs, the prosecutor or the IP court, and send you a monthly report you can forward without editing.

TÜRKİYE IN NUMBERS

01 · TÜRKİYE

WHYTÜRKİYEMATTERS.

Türkiye is a large producer of textiles and leather goods, a road corridor into the EU, a summer destination for millions of visitors and home to some of the region's busiest marketplaces. Copies of a fashion product tend to appear here early, and the law gives brand owners usable tools to act on them.
